Felicity Orford

Academic and Music Tuition

Felicity is a highly experienced teacher and tutor based in Truro. She has run her own business for 30 years, working with children of all ages in both the state and independent sectors.

Her specialist subjects are Maths, English and Music. Felicity is experienced in exam preparation for independent and state schools; SATS, 11 plus, 13 plus, and GCSE. She has been successful in gaining academic and music scholarships to leading independent and public schools.

Felicity plays the piano, oboe and church organ, and has played with various orchestras and bands and sung with many choirs as well as working as a backing singer.  

Felicity generally tutors face to face, but due to Covid-19 now also offers online tuition via Zoom, Skype or Facetime. 

Felicity is degree qualified, has a PGCE and holds a current DBS.

Mature students are very welcome to discuss their needs and Felicity offers refresher English and Maths lessons to enhance their future career opportunities.
